• Chop, portion, batch, label, and rotate product (FIFO)
• Maintain clean, organized, food-safe prep areas
• Support kitchen and catering teams as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Kitchen or prep experience helpful, not required
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and help where needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
