Director of Growth (Marketing)

The Director of Growth is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing brand awareness, and building strong community relationships for the restaurant. This role connects in-restaurant execution with local outreach to create meaningful guest experiences and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Sales & Brand Growth Plan (catering, mobile orders, 3rd party delivery, traffic, check average)
  • Manage in-store marketing, promotions, and merchandising
  • Track and analyze marketing performance and promotions
  • Build relationships with schools, nonprofits, and local businesses
  • Plan and execute community partnerships and events
  • Manage marketing budget and order marketing materials

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased customer traffic and guest frequency
  • Growth in catering, delivery, and mobile sales
  • Higher check averages
  • Strong community presence through partnerships (schools & organizations)
  • Host and execute engaging in-restaurant community events

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Outgoing, relational, and community-focused
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and marketing
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Digital fluency: Canva, Google WorkSpace, Social Platforms etc.
  • Support restaurant operations to ensure promotional success and excellent guest experience
