The Marketing Manager role is essential to growing our people, business, and influence by strengthening community relationships, expanding our brand presence, and creating meaningful guest experiences. This leader ensures that all marketing efforts reflect our vision “to be the best we can be” while embodying our core values of Positive Attitude, Work Hard, Heart to Serve, and Be Coachable.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive growth and profitability
- Manage social media content creation, posting, and engagement
- Design creative marketing materials (Canva, digital graphics, print)
- Plan and host in-restaurant and community events
- Build relationships with schools, churches, nonprofits, and local organizations
- Oversee catering marketing and execution
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership to support growth and team development
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech savvy (Canva, Excel, email, social media platforms)
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work nights and weekends
- Comfortable working in both a restaurant environment and out in the community
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
