It's a fast-paced and positive environment. The food is healthy and the team is dynamic. Duties include making smoothies and smoothie bowls, prepping ingredients and keeping the restaurant clean.
What are the perks and benefits of working at Smoothie King? At Smoothie King, Team Members get an hourly salary plus tips, which generally add $2-$3/hour on top of the base hourly wage. Team Members get a free 20oz smoothie on every shift, referral bonuses, and full time employees may elect to get health insurance.
What does career growth look like at Smoothie King? Excellent Team Members can become Shift Leaders who oversee the shifts; Shift Leaders can be promoted to Lead Trainers or Assistant Managers. As our company grows, we will be promoting from within for management positions.
