Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for a dynamic Host/Hostess to join our team at the Akron-Canton Airport, where exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere are our top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency
- Provide guests with accurate wait times and assist with special requests
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
