Server at the Observation Deck

United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Servers to join their Team at the Observation Deck located inside of the Akron-Canton Airport
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Collecting payments (cash, card, etc.), and issuing receipts accurately.
- Providing guests service, which includes greeting the guest, suggestively offering items and meals, and answering questions.
- Comprehensive menu knowledge.
- Suggestive selling and driving check averages.
- Maintain section cleanliness and complete side work.
- Work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Stands for long periods
- Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
- Is legally able to work in the U.S.
- Is able to pass a federal background check
- Executes tasks independently
- Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
- Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
- Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
- Works in or around large crowds
