A Director is responsible for a particular area or depart in the business. Areas could include something like AM Front of House, PM Front of House, AM Back of House, PM Back of House, Talent (recruiting/onboarding), Maintenance, Inventory, etc.

Starting at $20/hr

Director Responsibilities

Ability to lead shifts in both FOH and BOH
Strong understanding of the daily operational systems throughout the restaurant
Engagement and participation in day to day operations in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
Create a great experience for guests and team members
Set the tone for the business through consistent attitude and effort
Work well with fellow leaders and team members in pursuing operational excellence
Availability to open or close, lead shifts, key holder
Money management – count drawers, finalize day
Strong communication skills

Qualifications and Requirements

At least 18 years of age upon hire date
Associates Degree
Ability to connect with guests and team members effectively
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong commitment to serving guests and team members effectively
Ability to lead self and others, including coaching team members
Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required
