Full-Time Availability Requirements

This is a Full-Time role. Applicants must:

  • Be available to work opening shifts
  • Be available to work closing shifts
  • Be available to work Saturdays
  • Maintain consistent weekly availability

Saturday availability is required due to business demand.


Core Responsibilities

Back of House Team Members are responsible for delivering operational excellence through:

  • Preparing and cooking food according to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Following recipes and portion guidelines exactly
  • Maintaining strict food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Operating kitchen equipment safely (fryers, prep tools, etc.)
  • Working with urgency during high-volume periods
  • Keeping workstations clean, stocked, and organized
  • Supporting teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Following direction from leaders quickly and accurately

Work Environment & Performance Expectations

This is a fast-paced position.

Team Members must be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods
  • Lift and carry up to 35 lbs regularly
  • Work in a high-energy kitchen environment
  • Maintain focus and consistency under pressure
  • Accept coaching and execute instructions from leadership

Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older to work in the kitchen
  • Applicants under 18 years of age must provide a valid work permit as required by state law
  • Reliable and dependable

  • Willingness to be coached
  • Ability to work a Full-Time schedule including Saturdays

Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We provide structured training.
