Part-Time Back of House (BOH) Team Member
Location: Chick-fil-A Wendell Falls – Wendell, NC
Position Type: Part-Time
Pay: Starting at $10–$12 per hour (based on availability and experience)

BOH Team Members are responsible for preparing food safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining Chick-fil-A quality standards. This role requires focus, urgency, coachability, and the ability to follow direction from leadership.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to Chick-fil-A standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Work with urgency during high-volume periods
- Follow directions from leaders quickly and accurately
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and appearance standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual
- Coachable and willing to grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35–40 lbs
- Must be 16 years or older (Kitchen Requirement)
- Workers permits required for anyone under 18
