Your core job responsibility at the Faulkner Smith Restaurant Group - Zaxby’s franchise - will center around customer satisfaction, teamwork, and profitability.
From cashiering, order taking: inside or outside of the store, to basic food preparation, you must be able to change tasks quickly and efficiently to be successful in this position. There are also secondary type duties like stocking, cleaning, opening, and closing the store.
**Show consistency and demonstrate professional behavior and you can earn more money and promote to positions with more responsibility and higher pay.
CAREER PATH: Team Member to Trainer to Shift Lead to Manager
TEAM MEMBER: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour (based on interview and work experience)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to use hands repetitively, stand, walk, grasp firmly/strongly and simply/lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity. The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, including lifting and reaching overhead.
· Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
· Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
· Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment,
· Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens,
· Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment.
