Faulkner Smith Restaurant Group is a privately owned family business started in 1998 with the first Zaxby's franchise store in Winder, Georgia. Today we have nine Zaxby's franchise locations, plans to open three more locations by 2026, and over 490 employees. Our focus: developing people and building high-performing teams.
