HHA / CNA – Coverage Role (Full-Time, Travel Required, No Fixed Schedule)
$22/hour | Guaranteed 40+ Hours Weekly
What You’ll Do:
- Be available to cover all shifts as needed, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. This role requires broad availability to cover last-minute call-outs and prevent gaps in client care. Applicants with scheduling restrictions or other work commitments that limit their availability may not be a fit.
- Start new client cases independently and provide updates to the branch on client needs and field conditions.
- Work in our Milford office when field coverage is light to complete your guaranteed 40 hours.
- Support urgent staffing needs and remain available for schedule changes, including during inclement weather.
- Travel between client homes throughout the Milford–Framingham service area as needed.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on HHA/caregiver experience with personal care; CNA experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle. Auto insurance may be under another person's name.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Certification can be obtained during onboarding.
- TB test and physical completed within the past year. These can be completed during onboarding.
- Strong reliability, accountability, and responsiveness to scheduling needs.
- Ability to travel between clients and work all shift types as required by branch needs.
Is This Role Right for You?
This position is best suited for someone whose schedule allows them to cover different shifts and respond to staffing needs, sometimes on short notice. This is not a fixed-schedule position, and availability limited to specific shifts may not meet the requirements of the role.
