What does career growth look like at BrightStar Care? Career growth at BrightStar Care can take many forms. Employees may have opportunities to expand their skills through ongoing training, take on more complex client assignments, work in different care settings, or move into leadership and office-based roles.
Caregivers may progress into positions such as Field Support Specialist, Care Coordinator, Scheduler, Recruiter, or other administrative roles. Nurses may gain experience in specialized care, clinical supervision, case management, staff education, and clinical leadership.
