WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're hiring HHAs, CNAs, and experienced caregivers for 1:1 home care throughout Milford, Framingham, MetroWest, and surrounding Worcester County communities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care, bathing, and dressing
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Assistance with transfers and mobility
- Medication reminders
- Other caregiving support based on client needs
We welcome male and female caregivers and match caregivers with clients based on care needs and preferences.
Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply! Portuguese speakers are especially encouraged, and Spanish, Russian, and Arabic speakers are also welcome.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $19–$20/hour base pay, depending on position
- Premium shifts paying up to $22–$25/hour when available

CURRENT SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:
Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available throughout Milford, MetroWest, and surrounding communities.
Examples of current shift times include:
- Morning: 8 AM–12 PM and 9 AM–1 PM
- Afternoon: 1 PM–4 PM
- Evening: 5 PM–10 PM
- Weekdays and weekends: Opportunities may vary by location and client needs
Per diem means shifts are based on client needs and availability. Tell us which days and times you can reliably work, and we'll work to match you with available shifts. Hours are not guaranteed, and your preferred schedule or location may not always have an opening.
Current opportunities may be available in Milford, Framingham, Ayer, Hopkinton, Franklin, Hopedale, Upton, Whitinsville, Holliston, Shrewsbury, Uxbridge, Bellingham, Holden, Hudson, Worcester County, and nearby communities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- At least 6 months of HHA or caregiving experience, or an active Massachusetts CNA license
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
- TB test and physical completed within the past year; these can be completed during onboarding
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; renewal may be available during onboarding if expired
Having current CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date medical documents can help move your onboarding along faster.
