Compensation & Growth
Assistant Manager: $55,000–$58,000 + bonus
Assistant General Manager: $60,000–$65,000 + bonus
Placement is based on experience, performance, and readiness for responsibility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts to ensure excellent guest service, food quality, and smooth restaurant operations
- Support and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring
- Model positivity, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction
- Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members
- Partner with the General Manager on operations, scheduling, food safety, and compliance
- Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment

What We’re Looking For
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for leading, coaching, and building relationships with team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine, positive personality that motivates and inspires others
- Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Minimum 2 years of management experience (restaurant experience preferred)
