As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, build and lead great shifts, and empower your team to deliver outstanding service. You’ll live out our values and model them for your team. Guided by Service & Operational Excellence, Team Empowerment, People First, and Continuous Improvement, you’ll help ensure every guest leaves happy and every team member feels valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead shifts effectively to deliver great food and hospitality
- Support and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring
- Model positivity, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction
- Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members
- Partner with the General Manager on operations, food safety, and compliance
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment

What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and excitement to come to work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for leading, coaching, and building relationships
- A genuine, smiling personality that motivates and inspires others
- Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
- Minimum 2 years of management experience (restaurant experience preferred)
