Compensation & Growth
Shift Leader: $20.50 – $23.00 per hour
Placement is based on experience, performance, and readiness for responsibility.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll lead by example, empower your team, and help deliver great food and hospitality every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service
- Serve as a role model for positivity, teamwork, and integrity
- Coach and support team members to help them grow and succeed
- Maintain food safety and operational standards
- Help coordinate team members across front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen operations
