Responsibilities:

  • Most important is to support the development of a high performing team, leading as coach and mentor
  • Ensuring we are doing everything according to standards of operations at all times
  • Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
  • Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
  • Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A genuine, smiling personality
  • Restaurant experience is preferred
  • Bi-lingual is a plus (English & Spanish)
  • 18 years and older
