What You'll Do
- Complete scheduled deep-cleaning and opening routines
- Clean floors, restrooms, dining areas, exterior areas and assigned equipment
- Receive, organize or rotate supplies as assigned
- Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report them promptly
- Use cleaning products and equipment according to safety procedures
- Prepare the restaurant for opening and support the team as needed
What We're Looking For
- Dependable early-morning availability
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and detail
- Ability to perform the essential cleaning and preparation duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently and follow a routine
- Maintenance, janitorial or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
Where This Can Lead
Experienced Porters may qualify for backup responsibilities, leadership development or other restaurant opportunities.
