Every day, our Porters help set the stage for a great Culver’s experience. They open the restaurant each morning, ensure our building and equipment are in excellent condition, and help keep our kitchens stocked and organized so our team can deliver great food and hospitality.
This role typically starts early in the morning (around 5:00–6:00 AM) and is perfect for someone who enjoys getting a jump start on the day while working independently and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Care for the restaurant inside and out (cleaning, upkeep, landscaping, and snow removal)
- Keep kitchens stocked and organized by receiving deliveries and rotating inventory using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
