Cake Decorator / Chocolatier

Rate of pay$16 - 20 per hour

Ralph Brennan Bakery is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about baking and have a keen eye for detail. As a member of our Cake/Chocolate team, you will have the opportunity to work for a top-tier bakery in New Orleans and work with the freshest and finest ingredients to create delicious and visually stunning cakes and chocolates.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to create high-quality cakes and chocolates.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Continuously learn and improve baking skills through training and feedback.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Passion for baking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Previous experience in a baking or pastry environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
