Immediate opportunity for King Cake Help at Ralph Brennan Bakery which prepares and supplies baked goods and desserts to Ralph Brennan Restaurants. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities include shaping, baking, filling, decorating, and packing king cakes for the king cake season. Making all of the spreads, fillings, sugars and dough for king cakes. Must be able to multitask and work at a fast pace. Good organization a must. The shift starts at 5am.
No experience is necessary, but a plus. This is a temporary position but there is a possibility to stay on after king cake season.
