Ralph Brennan Bakery is seeking passionate individuals who are highly motivated to join our Pastry team. As a top-tier, high-volume bakery, we are searching for self-starting individuals who have a passion for baking in a fast-paced setting.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to create high-quality pastries, ice creams, muffins, cookies, and cakes.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Continuously learn and improve baking skills through training and feedback.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Passion for baking and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Previous experience in a baking or pastry environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to start work at 3 am and work on weekends.
