Pastry and Dessert Cooks
Ralph Brennan Bakery is seeking professional passionate individuals who are highly motivated to join our Baking & Pastry Team.
As a top tier, high volume bakery, we are searching for dedicated individuals who have passion, creativity and are detail oriented for Baking & Pastry in a fast-paced professional setting.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Daily production & preparation of baked goods.
- Collaborate with team members to create high-quality pastries, ice creams, cakes and artisan style breads.
- Maintain recipe consistency and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards and practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a good attitude and team mentality.
- Continuously learn and improve baking skills and knowledge through ongoing training and feedback.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering of product and daily operational systems.
Requirements of the position:
- Experience in a professional bakery setting, passion for baking and attention to detail.
- Have knowledge & understanding of baking weights and measures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- A willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
- The ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- The ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to start work at 3 am and available to work on weekends.
Pay rate from $17 – 19 per hour
