Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in an upscale or polished restaurant concept
- High-volume service experience preferred
- A confident communicator with natural leadership instincts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Toast POS experience is a plus
- A service professional with high energy who’s ready to level up into leadership
About the Role
As a Banquet Server advancing to Banquet Captain, you’ll be a key player in executing flawless events. You’ll:
- Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service
- Lead by example on the floor and support your team
- Multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced banquet environment
- Build genuine guest connections while upholding Ralph’s service standards
- Share your passion for food, wine, hospitality, and great experiences
