Marketing Coordinator | Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group
Location: New Orleans, LA
Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) | Compensation: Based on Experience
The Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group is a cornerstone of New Orleans hospitality. Our marketing team manages high-volume concepts, city-wide traditions, and a complex web of digital and print assets.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution that keeps our brands running smoothly. This role reports to our marketing team, acting as the primary support for promotions, brand identity, and guest engagement. If you are a high-energy "doer" who thrives on organization and follow-through, this is your seat at the table.
Primary Responsibilities
You will take the lead on the essential workflows that drive our guest experience:
- Digital Presence & Maintenance: Ensure our "online front doors" are accurate. You’ll handle frequent menu updates across multiple websites and keep business listings (Google, Yelp, OpenTable) current.
- Community & PR Logistics: Assist in coordinating media visits and content creators. You’ll also assist in coordinating community partnerships and tracking our corporate giving/donation requests.
- Brand Asset Support: Support the logistics of our physical brand. This includes auditing menu paper inventory, ordering signage, and ensuring every location is stocked with the collateral they need.
- Guest Relations and Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to community feedback, direct messages, and reviews with a professional, brand-aligned voice.
- Retail & E-Commerce: Support the fulfillment side of our business, retail inventory tracking, and order shipping.

- Tech-Fluent: You’re comfortable with the "basics" (Meta, Google, Yelp) and have a hunger to learn tools like Squarespace, Canva, or OpenTable.
