Robert Hewes, PhD, CAGS, Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Chicopee & Chick-fil-A West Springfield, has always taken an interest in serving the lives of young people- shepherding them through academia, faith, and leadership. With years of ministry service, teaching at a local college, and now operating two Chick-fil-A restaurants, that passion has never been more prominent. Growing servant leaders is his pride and joy, pouring it into the Leaders and Team Members so they might be successful now and wherever their lives take them beyond the restaurant's walls.
