FRONT OF HOUSE — GUEST SERVICE & ORDER EXPEDITING
Haazs brings smash burgers, hot chicken, gyro platters and more together in Bethlehem. We are hiring 2–3 Front of House Team Members who care about guests, accuracy and teamwork.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Starting base pay: $13 per hour, plus tips. Full-time and part-time schedules available. Opening shifts start at 10 a.m.; evening and late-closing coverage is also needed. Tell us the days and hours you can reliably work and your latest finish time. Open availability is preferred.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions and enter orders accurately.
• Expedite orders: match every item, modifier, sauce and drink to the ticket before handoff.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and beverage station during a rush.
• Pack takeout orders neatly and verify the correct order and pickup identity before releasing it.
• Prepare and label drinks as trained.
• Keep counters, beverage stations, dining areas and restrooms clean and stocked.
• Raise an order issue promptly and help the manager resolve it.
WHAT MAKES A STRONG APPLICANT
Guest service, restaurant, retail or order-expediting experience is especially valuable. We provide paid station training. Reliability, attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to stay organized during a rush matter. Be ready to explain how you would catch a missing item and help a waiting guest. Must be at least 16; duties and hours follow applicable age restrictions.

Strong team members can be considered for trainer, shift supervisor and future restaurant-management opportunities as skills and openings allow. Promotions and pay increases depend on performance, responsibilities and business needs.
