ABOUT HAAZ'S
Haaz's is a high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Allentown, PA.
We hold a real standard in our kitchen — quality, consistency, and speed are
non-negotiable. We are looking for experienced cooks who take pride in their
craft and want to work in a kitchen that holds the line on every plate.
THE ROLE
We are hiring Cooks across all kitchen stations — grill, fryer,
build, and support. You will be assigned based on your experience and the needs
of the shift, with cross-training expected over time. The more stations you can
run, the more valuable you are to our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a station to spec — proteins, builds, and sides delivered consistently every time
- Hit ticket times in a high-volume environment without compromising quality
- Maintain food safety, temperature control, and proper rotation throughout your shift
- Communicate clearly with your team — kitchen flow depends on it
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized from open to close
- Cross-train across stations and grow with the kitchen
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Real kitchen experience — you've worked the line in a high-volume environment
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality
- Speed without sacrificing accuracy — you can hold both at once
- Strong food safety knowledge — ServSafe a plus, willingness to certify required
- A team player who shows up, communicates, and holds their own
- Reliable and punctual — the kitchen counts on you
- Must be at least 18 years of age
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay range: based on experience and station, overtime may be included
Full-time and part-time schedules available. Days, evenings, and weekend
availability needed.

and lead by example are the first considered for Lead Cook and Kitchen
Supervisor roles as we expand.
