Teachers at Sylvan love seeing that "light bulb" go off frequently, something that is not always possible in the classroom. At Sylvan, we only ask that teachers teach - no lesson planning, scheduling, dealing with parents, etc.
What does career growth look like at Sylvan Learning Center? Our teachers are all part-time. A few teachers have moved into full time positions, but it is not expected or required. Some teachers also do administrative work, assisting our full time staff, but it too is not expected or required.
