The Echelon campus is located in the heart of Historic Medina (just four blocks from the Square) and features two separate facilities—a state-of-the-art Assisted Living/Memory Care facility on the front of the property, and a luxury Independent Living facility located in the rear. Comfort, care and community are hallmarks of the Echelon experience, which caters to the evolving needs of older adults, including a seamless continuity from Independent Living to Assisted Living, if needed.
