RISE: Resilience. Initiative. Serve. Equip.
"Developing Purpose-Driven Leaders in Fredericksburg."
______________________________________________
If you have ever imagined building a long-term career with Chick-fil-A, whether at the restaurant, corporate, or Owner/Operator level, the RISE Leadership Program is designed to prepare you for that journey. Through this experience, you will strengthen your leadership capacity, elevate your business and restaurant acumen, and master the fundamentals required to thrive at every level of the organization.
Participants gain hands-on immersion in each stage of restaurant leadership, from Team Member to Director, while receiving personalized coaching, professional development, and meaningful stretch opportunities directly from the Owner/Operator. You will produce real business results, refine the competencies Chick-fil-A looks for in future leaders, and build a foundation that can launch your career within the brand.
My name is Stevie Kramb, Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Celebrate Virginia FSR. My own Chick-fil-A journey began as a Team Member in downtown Atlanta. I grew through every level of the business before joining Chick-fil-A Inc.’s Leadership Development Program, where I led restaurants as an Interim Manager and supported grand openings from Manhattan to Los Angeles. Those experiences propelled me into restaurant ownership, and today I have the privilege of operating two locations and developing leaders who have gone on to roles at Chick-fil-A Inc. and are on track toward becoming future Owner/Operators themselves.
Developing the next generation of Chick-fil-A leaders is my passion. I believe in growth through meaningful challenge, high-performance expectations, and hands-on coaching that mirrors the real-world demands of restaurant leadership.
Below, you will find the RISE Leadership Growth Plan, which outlines the thresholds and timelines associated with mastering each stage of development. Advancement is based on your ability to complete assignments, demonstrate mastery, and meet performance benchmarks. We value operational excellence and alignment with our restaurant’s Vision, Mission, and Values as the standard for all participants.
Let’s RISE together.
