What are the perks and benefits of working at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools? Our staff is family! Quarterly staff outings – just for fun - and Employee Appreciation Weeks celebrate and reward our exceptional team. Saturday lunches and a snack-filled breakroom keep energy-levels high and bellies full! We offer a comprehensive benefits package including group medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan with matching contributions, and pay raises at 90 days, six months, 12 months, and every six months after that.
What does career growth look like at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools? We have cross-training opportunities available for either the Front Desk or Water Safety Instructor. Once an employee is a Water Instructor, they can advance to a Master Water Instructor. After Master Instructor, opportunities are available in Assistant Aquatic Manager, Aquatic Manager, and General Manager.
