Key Responsibilities
- Coach and train Associates to uphold Donatos’ high quality standards
- Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the restaurant
- Engage enthusiastically with customers and resolve any concerns promptly
- Effectively manage food, labor, and operational costs

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Shift Lead or Manager in a restaurant setting
- Ability to stand and walk throughout your entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts, and overtime
