Piatto was founded to nurture the culinary art of crafting Neapolitan pizza. Our pizza is handmade with slow risen dough, baked in a wood-fired oven that was hand built in Naples, Italy. Our pizza is soft, light, and pliable. Charring along the cornicioné (crust) is a telltale sign of a Neapolitan pizza that has been baked correctly, at 900° in 60 to 90 seconds.
