Our story isn’t some corporate strategy dreamed up in a boardroom; it’s a love story rooted in the kitchen. Crispy Karma was developed by Chef Jay Jadeja, a man who lives and breathes bold flavors and textures. He is an award winning chef of over 45 years. Crispy Karma is run by the husband-wife duo of Jay Jadeja and Raquel Wolf-Jadeja.

Our Roots
You might already know us from our sister location, The Onion Tree. While things there are a bit more sit-down and curated, Crispy Karma is our "fast-casual" soul. It’s the place where we let our hair down and focus on high-energy, high-flavor food that hits the spot every single time. We took everything we learned about fine dining and channeled it into making the ultimate crispy experience.
