Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level
- Meet with shift lead to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
- Follow the Chick-fil-A rules and dress code all the time.
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Ability to multitask quickly yet thoroughly
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with Team Members
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, speed and accuracy at all times
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
