What are the perks and benefits of working at Chick-fil-A?

I love the connections I get to make with other team members and our guests. Also having the choice of a free meal each day is a great perk!

What does career growth look like at Chick-fil-A?

Growth is what you make it. If you believe it (and put in the effort), you can achieve it! I have experienced a variety of roles within the store: hospitality, marketing, financial stewardship, and supply management are a few. I've worked for 2 operators in multiple states to gain experience. My path led to an opportunity (there are many!) that the Chick-fil-A Support Center offers. Leadership development is core to our operations. I've experienced many roles as I've travelled and supported operations, connected with new people, received invaluable training, attended conferences, read, and listened to podcasts. As I experience amazing challenges as an Interim Director or Grand Opening Supervisor, I'm filling my pitcher to be ready to pour into others in the next phase of my journey.
