Most people start at around $20/hour learning the fundamentals of professional commercial cleaning. As you demonstrate reliability, quality, and a willingness to learn, you can move into advanced or lead roles earning roughly $27–$35/hour equivalent. From there, our leadership and operator track opens up the potential to earn $40–$50+/hour by leading crews, managing accounts, or running larger pieces of the business.
