Bring Mandarin and English into daily play, routines, and learning at Meaningful Beginnings, a Reggio Emilia–inspired early learning community. You’ll support bilingual development, celebrate culture, and build strong relationships with children and families.
You’ll:
- Provide warm, responsive care and support daily routines
- Communicate with children primarily in Mandarin throughout the day
- Support language immersion through songs, stories, play, and daily activities
- Encourage communication, confidence, and appreciation for diverse cultures
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom
- Follow Title 22, health, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with the classroom team and participate in training
You have:
- 12 ECE units, or willing to take classes
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Passion for early childhood education and language immersion
- Warm communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
You’ll get:
