Create a nurturing, engaging classroom at Meaningful Beginnings, a Reggio Emilia–inspired early learning community in San Francisco and San Mateo. You’ll support children’s curiosity, independence, and kindergarten readiness through play-based learning and strong relationships.
You’ll:
- Provide warm, responsive care and support daily routines
- Support play-based learning and kindergarten readiness
- Encourage curiosity, communication, creativity, and independence
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom
- Follow Title 22, health, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with the classroom team and participate in training
You have:
- 12 ECE units, or willing to take classes
- Experience working with preschool-age children preferred
- Knowledge of preschool development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Warm communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
You’ll get:
- $25.50–$29.15/hour + up to $1,000 sign-on bonus
