Chick-fil-A Talent Director

Position Summary

CFAROX is looking for a Talent Director to lead recruiting, development, and team member experience for

our organization. This leader will help build the systems, pipeline, and culture needed to support a

high-performing Chick-fil-A operation while developing people for life.

• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and leadership development

• Strengthen training systems and long-term growth pathways

• Partner with senior leaders to build culture, bench strength, and retention

• Own key parts of the team member experience from first impression through long-term development

• Help ensure CFAROX remains a place where people are challenged, cared for, and equipped to thrive

Ideal Candidate

• 3-7+ years of leadership or talent-related experience

• Strong coaching, communication, and systems-thinking ability

• High ownership, professionalism, and relational intelligence

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, ministry, education, or other people-intensive environments

preferred
