Required Availability:
• Must be available Monday–Saturday, 5:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality
- Welcome guests and accurately take customer orders
- Process transactions efficiently and maintain accuracy
- Deliver food promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas, beverage stations, and front counter spaces
- Assist with drive-thru operations, including order taking and expediting
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
- Follow Chick-fil-A food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Demonstrate a servant-hearted mindset in all guest interactions
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Customer service or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
