Availability Needed
To best serve our guests, applicants should be available to work:
- Wednesday through Saturday- REQUIRED
- Any shifts between 10:30 AM and 11:00 PM
- Full shift flexibility within these hours is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of Chick-fil-A by creating memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality
- Taking guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving meals in the dining room and delivering outstanding table service
- Preparing beverages and desserts
- Assisting with mobile, carry-out, and curbside orders
- Keeping the dining room, beverage station, and front counter clean and stocked
- Working together with the kitchen team to provide fast, accurate service
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
- Living out Chick-fil-A's values by serving others with excellence
What We're Looking For
- 18 Years or Older with High School Diploma
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for serving people
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working with others
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
