Absolutely. It’s important to customize your computer technician job listing to help indicate the kinds of responsibility your new technician will be taking on. What Information Should I Include When I Advertise a Computer Technician Job?

When you’re listing a job for a computer technician it’s important to make sure you include any information that can help differentiate your listing from the other options out there. Include your ideal qualifications and any educational requirements, especially if they aren’t considered normal for computer technicians.

If your IT system has specific software requirements, you may want to include those in your job listing. You should also include details about the specific duties for the job. You may even want to add some information about the size of the network and office your new computer technician will be handling.

All those details will help you attract more qualified candidates and will help eliminate candidates who don’t really want to do the kind of work you need.
