Our ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a high-level knowledge of IT infrastructure. It will be your ongoing goal to help improve organizational efficiency and help the office meet key metrics. You will also be asked to pay attention to customer service needs and day-to-day optimization as you plan maintenance and upgrade schedules, along with any proposed changes to our IT infrastructure. 

We are looking for someone with great problem-solving skills, extensive technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. You should also have good task management and be able to prioritize different concerns throughout the workday. Critical thinking skills are a must.
