Responsibilities:

• Follow step by step instructions to measure ingredients and mix dough bases and frostings
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

• Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Base pay starts at $8/hour plus tips.

Our Expectations

• Prepare high quality food items to order with passionate speed
• Portion all products, follow the recipes and always make sure food presentation looks outstanding
• Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all recipes and stock food as needed
• Prepare a variety of food with different methods of preparation
• Assist in ensuring deliveries are received and stored in a timely manner
• Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)
• Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
• Other functions as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legal age (18+ years old)
• Food Handler Certification
• Hard working and can multi-task

• Kitchen experience in high volume restaurant

Papa John's Pizza Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering our high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. You will also be cross-trained to perform the duties of our in-store team members including pizza making, ordering taking, and more! We pride ourselves in being able to offer full-time or multiple flexible hourly shifts geared for that perfect second job!

Our drivers average $15-$20 per hour with tips and mileage. Drivers get paid at an hourly rate plus mileage reimbursements, cell phone allowance and tips.
