  • Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and other staff members
  • Provide guidance and support to campers as needed
  • Assist with daily camp operations, including meal times and cabin clean-up
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with children in a camp or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification)

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to participate in camp activities, including swimming and hiking
