Responsibilities:

• Serve customers according to the Little Caesars Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures.
• Prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers as described in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and as shown on the job station helpers.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image
• Displays the proper image and follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards for conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook.
• Follows all policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Huntsville Caesars Inc. employee Handbook and as directed by management.
• Provides direction and feedback to Colleagues and communicates any issues to management to ensure job duties are performed and all Little Caesar standards, procedures, and policies are achieved.
• Completes assignments as directed by the Restaurant Management as described in accordance with all station job helpers, in store-training materials, and the Operational Resource Guide.
• Practices safety and security procedures

• Able to lift and move up to 55 pounds and assist in lifting heavier items.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as squat down.
• Dependable, hardworking, able to handle pressure situations and stress.
• Excellent communication and social skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
• Able to understand and follow directions and instructions.

• Able to reach and move items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground.

Job Duties include:

-Answering Phone

Consistently provides a quality product and Guest service experience that delivers total Guest satisfaction.

• Follows all Guest service guidelines and procedures; takes the appropriate action to ensure all Guest receive “SUPERSTAR Service.”
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensures that all Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of Guests and employees.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Strives to improve personal skills and performance level.

• Follows the steps outlined in the CKE Crew Person Training Program to learn new skills, duties and responsibilities and to improve personal performance level.
• Communicates to immediate supervisor when additional training, guidance and practice is needed.
