Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing our world-famous Blizzards and other ice-cream treats.
• Maintain a sanitized and well-organized workspace
• Greeting customers when entering or leaving the premises
• Be able to interact with our customers in a friendly manner and provide assistance should the customer require it
• We have part-time and full-time hours available

While not on the road, Drivers work as Inshoppers and will be required to learn the menu with 100% accuracy, help take orders, make sandwiches and assist us in maintaining a clean restaurant.

Delivery is a customer service job so knowing the menu, following customer's requests and following through with a smile can lead to more successful days!

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
• Drive safe and obey the rules of the road
• Work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries and learn the menu with 100% accuracy

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts

• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift

• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Additional Requirements:

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts

• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshop Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.
