Overview
The IT Helpdesk Support Administrator provides in-person, e-mail and phone support to all the company’s employees. They will also work with system engineers to implement new efficiencies with the helpdesk through automation or new technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support; triage all incoming support tickets
• Support Tier 1 technician escalations
• Provide Windows 10 desktop and software application support
• Provide hardware support for warehouse scanners and printers
• Setup new hires and perform new hire orientation
• Work with system engineers to implement new systems and technology
• Maintain technical support procedures and documentation
• Play a part in the 24x7 on-call rotation
• On-Site support for multiple offices; Littleton, MA; Pepperell, MA and Nashua, NH
Skills:
PowerShell, Group Policy Management, Microsoft / Office 365, Azure AD, Wireless troubleshooting and CCNA a plus
Education:
AS or BS or equivalent experience; and 4 plus years related help desk experience.
